Shipping 

All Walkies are shipped with Hermes from Munich, Germany.

Shipping usually takes:

To Germany - 2 to 4 days working days
To European countries - 6 to 8 working days
To USA, Korea and Japan - 15 to 20 days
Rest of the world - 20 to 25 days

Refunds

We offer 30 days money back guarantee from the day you receive the shipment. If you are not 100% happy, you can send them back and we would issue full refund for the price of the product.

We simply ask that you send the shoes back to us incl. tracking.

Refunds are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days and you should receive it immediately in your PayPal or in 2 or 3 days in your bank account.
